Do this and you will see massive change

Good morning to everyone, this morning I wanted to give you a gentle reminder to think a little less about managing your problems and a little more about managing your mindset, and the aid of morning meditation will help.
Why I meditate in the morning. The thing about meditating is that over time it helps to increase your ability to concentrate and focus, especially on what's important to you and your life.

Meditation is also journey inwards, a journey of self-discovery or, in fact, re-discovery. Meditation is the time taken for quiet reflection and silence, away from the hustle and bustle of daily living. Taking time out enables us to come back to a centered place of being. In our modern world, the pace of life is growing ever faster and we are losing touch with our true inner peace and power. When we no longer feel grounded, we can experience ourselves pushed and pulled in many different directions. It is at this point that we start to experience stress and a feeling of being trapped. Gradually, over time, this feeling leads to illness and disease, as our mental, emotional and physical health is thrown out of balance.
Some benefits of meditation:
  • Reduces Stress. Stress reduction is one of the most common reasons people try meditation. ...
  • Controls Anxiety. Less stress translates to less anxiety. ...
  • Promotes Emotional Health. ...
  • Enhances Self-Awareness. ...
  • Lengthens Attention Span. ...
  • May Reduce Age-Related Memory Loss. ...
  • Can Generate Kindness. ...
  • May Help Fight Addictions.

2 things that successful people do: 1 they gradually turn life's obstacles around.
2 They mindfully focus on the positive.
Through meditation, this can be easy.

Many of the most iconic books, songs, and inventions of all time were inspired by gut-wrenching pain and heartbreak. Therefore, the silver lining of these painful challenges is that they were the catalyst to the creation of epic masterpieces.

At the end of my marriage, I was put in a position of homelessness, no job no money etc, however, through this pain I was able to pull myself up and put myself in a better place not by continuing to think and dam my heartbreak but to focus on the positive of what I wanted and needed for my life at that time.
Through meditation, I was able to focus more on what I needed to do rather than allow the negative thoughts of what happened to overwhelm me.

An emerging field of psychology called Post-Traumatic Growth has suggested that many people are able to use their hardships and traumas for substantial creative and intellectual development. Specifically, researchers have found that trauma can help people grow in the areas of interpersonal relationships, contentment, gratitude, personal strength, and resourcefulness.
When our view of the world as a safe place, or as a certain type of place, has been shattered, we are forced to reboot our perspective on things. We suddenly have the opportunity to look out to the periphery and see things with a new, fresh set of beginner’s eyes, which is very conducive to personal growth and long-term success and wellness.
So you have a choice, what are you going to focus on, how bad it's been and how you are right and they are wrong or your next step to wellness mental health and wellbeing.
There was a study that showed doctors who are put in a positive mood before making a diagnosis consistently experience significant boosts to their intellectual abilities than doctors in a neutral state, which allows them to make accurate diagnoses almost 20% faster. The same study then shifted to other vocations and found that optimistic salespeople outsell their pessimistic counterparts by over 50%. Students primed to feel happy before taking math tests substantially outperform their neutral peers. So it turns out that our minds are literally hardwired to perform at their best not when they are negative, or even neutral, but when they are positive.
Of course, that’s not to say that successful people never get upset, but your effectiveness in all walks of life will be fare better if you’re able to mindfully accept and let go of negative emotions, rather than dwelling on them. Think a little less about managing your problems and a little more about managing your mindset.
True tolerance makes us flexible. And when we are flexible we can accommodate and adjust to anything and anyone and maintain well-being.
And of course, if you're struggling with any of this, know that you are not alone. Many are right there with you, working hard to feel better, think more clearly, and get our lives back on track.

I do a morning meditation at 6am for 20 minutes, if you would like to join me send me a personal message and I will send you an invite.

But for now big Luv and Namaste.
