Your attitude and what you need to know

Some walk in the direction of which I am traveling and I commend you for being connected, Loving and giving not only to yourself for when you give to yourself you give to others and vice versa, however some people unfortunately walk through life stuck in limbo running on a treadmill really fast but going no where and while we all do change as we grow up, some things about us don't change and we can carry these things with us for the rest of our lives picking up on the way up lets say not the best habits that take us away from that beautiful childhood dream we use to have and just knew one day I was going to become a singer or a famous rapper, dancer, the new Jimi Hendricks you get the message. or it takes us towards a miserable sad unhappy waiting for the world to change before I am happy life.
Here's the thing we loose our understanding that actually we have the innate ability, wisdom and strength to change and still be who we are. Love.
Over the passing weeks I have been posting 12 things about our attitude we need to hear so heres a reminder below.

So here's an exercise I'd like you to do its called
Attitude Reflection
If you’re feeling up to it, I’d love for you to openly reflect on your attitude:- Which attitude issue mentioned above often gets the best of you?
- Who would you be, and what else might you see, if you shifted your attitude in that area of your life?
- How would it change your outlook on your present life situation?
- Would you treat yourself and others differently?
- How would you feel?
- How would you behave?
- What else might you be able to accomplish?
Truly caring for you....
