Four questions you need to ask yourself







Hi Guys,

In my daily walk through this life I have come across quite a few people who always seem to want to achieve certain things in their life but yet do nothing towards achieving it yet, they will swear to me that yea I really do want to exercise be in better health or get my body ready for that holiday, I really do want to get that website up and running and get my freelancing on because I hate my job etc etc.

Well, I'm sure you have heard this saying before, If you keep doing what you're doing, you'll keep getting what you're getting.

Yet, so many of us don't listen to our own better judgment. In fact, oftentimes the biggest difference between those of us who are making positive changes in our lives and those of us who aren't is not one’s superior abilities, but the courage that one has to just take consistent action.

In other words, some of us sit and wait for the magic beans to arrive while the rest of us just get up and get to work.


I understand that OK maybe your in pain and it feels like a big chore to get to the gym but the truth is the pain wont go away until you work through it while your in pain and consistently go to the gym.


Challenge yourself to be in the latter group, starting today! End this week with some healthy perspective, and let your perspective carry you in the right direction from the get-go next week, one positive step at a time...

Choose any area in your life that you want to improve, and then:

1. Write down the specific details about your current circumstances. (What’s bothering you? What’s wrong? What do you want to change?)

2. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily rituals that have contributed to your current circumstances? (Be honest with yourself. What are you doing that contributes to the situation you’re in?)

3. Write down the specific details about your ideal circumstances. (What would make you happy? What does your ideal situation look like?)

4. Write down your answer to this question: What are the daily rituals that will get you from where you are to where you want to be? (Think about it. What small, daily steps will help you move forward?)

Above all, what you need to remember is that nothing will change in your life unless you make daily rituals that reinforce what you hope to achieve. Believe me, if you want to build a wall it wont build it self but by putting one brick at a time consistently every day brick upon brick you will turn around and have built your brick wall.

Heres the thing if you’re not willing to make it a daily ritual, you don’t really want to change your life as much as you say you do—you don’t really want to achieve that “important” life change or goal.

You only like the idea of learning to be fit/writing a book/building a business/selling your art/being happy/etc. You don’t actually want to do it, every day.




And that's ok, just be real with yourself and admit that you don't want these changes in your life.

But if you DO want it as much as you say you do, then it's time to build the right daily rituals.
